Dawson Joins Asentinel as Senior VP Operations
MEMPHIS, Tennessee, December 21, 2009 – Robert Dawson has joined Asentinel as Senior Vice President of Operations. He will be responsible for implementations, customer support and Asentinel’s TouchFree Managed Services™.
Dawson has more than 20 years of telecommunications and technology experience, including an extensive background in wireless. Prior to his position at Asentinel, Dawson led operations for a TEM provider’s Managed and Professional Services and led other Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations supporting large multi-national and government enterprises. He also had a long tenure with Qwest Communications, where he held leadership positions in marketing, engineering, planning and operations.
Dawson is a leader experienced in growing businesses and understanding the relationship between people, process and technology. His experience in business strategy and operations for Fortune 500 companies and new enterprises includes field operations, technology, deployment, customer service and back-office operations. Dawson also has general management experience with full P&L responsibilities, growing revenue and net income.
