AOTMP Announces Finalists for Awards Recognizing Telecom & IT Management Excellence

Winners will be determined by a panel of judges in three categories: Telecom Professional of the Year, Executive Stewardship Award, and Innovation of the Year. A fourth category, Project of the Year, will be voted on following finalist presentations held in conjunction with AOTMP's TEM 2009 conference on February 17, 2009 in Orlando, Florida.

Individuals selected as finalists for Telecom Professional of the Year include: Kevin Gowen of Synovus Financial Corporation, Marty Haywood of FedEx, Robert Ingalls of Sodexo, Michelle Okerwall of Avery Dennison, Daniel Pyzik of Fiserv, Joan Rohrbacher-Alvarado of JP Morgan Chase, Darryl Schoonover of Dollar General, Naish Shah of McDonalds, Donti Twine of Cardtronics, and Ron Warneke of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics.

Winner of the Executive Stewardship Award will be determined from the top three enterprise finalists, which include Andrews Federal Credit Union, FedEx, and Tyco Telemanagement Center.

Enterprises named as finalists for Innovation of the Year include Johnson & Johnson and Pepsi Bottling Group. Project of the Year finalists will present at the TEM 2009 conference prior to audience voting. Finalists representing enterprises include: Knowledge Universe Technologies, Mirant Services, LLC, Norfolk Southern Corporation, and Orange County Public Schools. Suppliers earning finalist recognition for the Project of the Year category include: Control Point Solutions, IQ Telcom. ProfitLine, Quickcomm Software, and Telemanagement Technologies Inc.
