Putnam Joins Asentinel as Chief Financial Officer
Accounting Professional Offers More Than 20 Years of Financial Experience
MEMPHIS, Tennessee, December 9, 2004 - Debbie Gleason Putnam has been named chief financial officer for Asentinel, a Memphis-based telecom expense management software company, announced CEO David C. Perdue today.
Putnam has more than 20 years of financial experience, including expertise in financial reporting, auditing, credit administration, systems and operations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Most recently, Putnam served as executive vice president, senior credit and operations officer of Enterprise National Bank in Memphis, TN. There, she was coordinator and key contact person for the successful acquisition of the 14-year-old bank by the NBC Capital Corporation of Starkville, MS.
Prior to that position, Putnam served as chief financial officer for Enterprise National Bank, where she handled accounting, operations, human resources, security, and credit administration.
Putnam's other experience includes three years as a public accountant for a firm in Nashville, TN. She is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a bachelor's of business administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Commercial Lending School.
Based in Memphis, Tennessee, Asentinel is the developer of a patent-pending telecom expense management software package. The Web-based software has more than 40 cumulative years of development behind it and provides a cost-saving automated solution benefiting enterprise organizations.
