Wallace Joins Asentinel as Vice President of Global Support
Telecom Veteran Offers Technical and Project Management Experience
MEMPHIS, Tennessee, September 16, 2004 - Cynthia Wallace has been named the vice president of Global Support for Asentinel, a Memphis-based telecom expense management software company, announced CEO David C. Perdue today.
With more than 20 years of voice and data experience, Wallace will lead Asentinel's project management and customer support teams. Prior to joining Asentinel, she was the director of IT initiatives for The ServiceMaster Company. She was promoted to that position from director of Enterprise Telecommunications. Wallace also served as vice president of Corporate Telecom for Union Planters where she managed the organization's $40 million telecom budget.

Wallace is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute and also has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. She is a former president of the Mississippi Telecom Management Association and vice president of Finance for the National Users Group of Siemens Communications Systems.
