Terbrusch Joins Asentinel as Regional Sales Director

Telecom Sales Veteran to Lead Northeastern Region

MEMPHIS, Tennessee, September 3, 2004 - Walter Terbrusch has been named the Northeast regional sales director for Asentinel, a Memphis-based telecom expense management software company, announced CEO David C. Perdue today.

With more than 20 years of successful telecom sales and sales management experience, Terbrusch will introduce Northeastern companies to Asentinel, operating from the company's office in Norwalk, Connecticut.

"As a veteran of the telecom industry, Walter knows the value of our software," said Perdue. "He will be able to provide companies with incredible insights into how Asentinel can give them the power to control telecom expenses."

Prior to joining Asentinel, he was the global account manager for Sprint. He also worked for MCI in National Accounts and then global accounts, where he achieved recognition as the number two sales representative in the country. He has a BS from Syracuse University.

Based in Memphis, Tennessee, Asentinel is the developer of a patent-pending telecom expense management software package. The Web-based software has more than 40 cumulative years of development behind it and provides a cost-saving automated solution benefiting enterprise organizations. With sales on track to triple this year, Asentinel's growing client list includes Fortune 1000 companies and government entities.
