Ticketmaster Selects Asentinel for Telecom Expense Management; Calls Patent-Pending Software the "Cadillac"

MEMPHIS, Tennessee, May 27, 2004 - Ticketmaster, the world's leading ticketing company, has selected Asentinel's patent-pending software for telecom expense management, David C. Perdue, Asentinel CEO, announced today.

Ticketmaster has signed a multi-year licensing agreement with Asentinel and will transition from its current process to Asentinel's automated web-based solution that uses EDI to transmit billing from multiple vendors.

"Ticketmaster looked at all the major solutions and told us that Asentinel is the 'Cadillac," says David C. Perdue, Asentinel CEO. "Because telecom capabilities are a core part of their business operations, Ticketmaster needed the muscle that Asentinel's software provides to centralize expense management and gain complete control and visibility over the budgeting process."

Asentinel offers a comprehensive telecom expense management software package that integrates with the client's existing system. Written in Java, the software automates the process of telecom invoice management in real time, analyzing every invoice against vendor contracts, hidden costs, active inventory, and flagging every exception. Since these errors often recur each month and can go back for years, getting an expedient return on investment from Asentinel is not difficult. In the long-term, clients' ongoing telecom expenses also decline while internal processing time is greatly reduced.

Based in Memphis, Tennessee, Asentinel is the developer of a patent-pending telecom expense management software package. The web-based software has more than 40 cumulative years of development behind it and provides a cost-saving automated solution benefiting enterprise organizations. With sales on track to triple this year, Asentinel's growing client list includes Fortune 1000 companies and government entities.
