Asentinel 6.0® Unveiled at Asentinel User Conference
Version Features Enhanced International and Security Features

MEMPHIS, Tennessee (April 29, 2009) – Today Asentinel unveiled the newest version of its patented Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software, Asentinel 6.0.

Asentinel 6.0 features enhanced security rights, expanded inventory options and additional language options to support Asentinel's growing global footprint.

The software was unveiled at the third Asentinel User Conference in Memphis, Tennessee, by Jason Fisher, Asentinel's Chief Software Architect. Fisher and his team of engineers developed 6.0 to surpass the TEM offerings currently on the market, and to address enhancement requests from Asentinel customers.

"At Asentinel, we want to help our customers solve their telecom problems with the very best technology," said Fisher. "New customers say that our superior technology is what sets us apart in the industry, and Asentinel 6.0 is a shining example of that. The capabilities of this new version will set new standards for other platforms currently in the market."

The new version contains more than 100 customer-requested enhancements, many of which came out of previous Asentinel User Conference discussions and focus groups.

"We value the input from our customers in the design process," said Fisher. "Events like the User Conferences combined with the relationships we foster with our customers on a daily basis, allow us to keep up with the growing needs of our customers and provide them with the very best product possible."

Asentinel 6.0 is the latest in a line of industry-defining TEM solutions from Asentinel. Since its first software solution was introduced in 2002, Asentinel has been recognized as a leader in the industry. In 2008, Asentinel's TEM software solution received the only A to Z patent in the industry, confirming the superiority of its technology.

"In the current economy, companies are doing everything they can to make sure money is not being wasted," said David C. Perdue, Asentinel CEO. "TEM can provide companies with the tools they need to take back control and cut down on costs. Asentinel received a best in class ranking from Aberdeen Group for saving companies more money, in a faster timeframe. All in all, we believe Asentinel 6.0 is the absolute best platform for taking control of telecom."

The Asentinel team behind Asentinel 6.0 is a highly skilled group of engineers, all of whom hold a Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering. The team has been responsible for Asentinel's innovation from the beginning, including its groundbreaking
OIR™ technology.

OIR (Optical Invoice Recognition) is an Asentinel leading edge, proprietary product that uses neural network technology to intelligently read paper invoices down to the lowest level. OIR captures the same level of detail from paper invoices that was once only possible with electronic invoices.

"We pride ourselves on an engineering team that understands the complexities of auditing a telecom bill to its most granular level, but also possesses the creativity to manage our customers' complete telecom lifecycle," said Fisher. "Our goal is to solve companies' telecom issues with the very best technology, while remaining flexible enough to configure the technology to customers' needs. We feel Asentinel 6.0 does just that, and we're excited to offer it to our customers."
