Asentinel® Introduces Asentinel SE™ TEM Firm Expands Its Solutions for Enterprises

MEMPHIS, Tennessee (April 1, 2009) – Asentinel announced today the release of Asentinel SE™ (Standard Edition), a lite version of its patented TEM software, Asentinel 5.0™. Asentinel SE brings an Asentinel-quality Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software solution to a new group of corporations through a product geared to their needs and environment. Asentinel SE is designed to fit the needs of small- and mid-market companies that seek a solution for processing invoices and managing inventory, and also allows for an organized central repository of their telecom infrastructure, but may not require the robust deployment and scalability provided in the complete Asentinel 5.0 package.

Asentinel SE will be offered as a SaaS model, and will include Asentinel’s TFMS™ (TouchFree Managed Service) and Contract Control™. TFMS allows customers to have their telecom invoices sent directly to Asentinel, where they are loaded into the Asentinel system using the proprietary OIR™ (Optical Invoice Recognition) technology. OIR accurately reads paper invoices, capturing down to the lowest level of detail.

Contract Control gives customers the option of having their contracts uploaded into the system by Asentinel’s experts. This ensures complete accuracy and consistency, allowing for optimum savings.
