We offer managed services, commonly referred to in the industry at Telecom Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), which can act as tools to help your organization manage telecom to the degree that works best for you.

Hosting—Asentinel can manage the infrastructure to run the Asentinel 6.0 as a Software as a Service (SaaS) option. Many customers decide to have Asentinel host Asentinel 6.0. However, many customers also perfer to control the use of the software by hosting the Asentinel 6.0 software themselves behind their organization’s firewall. Asentinel offers both options to meet the needs of your organization.

Inventory Management—Asentinel can work with your organization to ensure that your inventory database remains current and accurate by tracking all voice and data circuits and wireless inventory items by vendor, client location, employee, account number and service type.


 

 

 

Expense Management—Asentinel can validate all details on all invoices for the purpose of identifying erroneously billed charges. These will include, but are not limited to, violations of contract rates, inventory and configured business rules. Invoices can then be cost allocated and approved for payment. Asentinel can also generate configurable reports for your organization.


 

 

 

Dispute Resolution—Asentinel can manage the process associated with resolving billing disputes with vendors. This process includes generating the proper documentation from within the Asentinel application, communicating with the vendor and tracking the status of the dispute through closure.


 

 

 

Contract Management—Asentinel can review your organizations contracts, extract all of the pertinent rates and discounts and load them into Asentinel 6.0 on a regular basis or initially, to capture all of the information necessary to ensure the deepest level of audit possible, and to make sure that you really are paying the rates that you negotiated so hard to get.


 

 

 

Service Optimization—Asentinel can analyze the telecom services you are currently paying for and evaluate whether or not your organization requires them. This can be done as an ongoing managed service or as a one-time professional service.

TouchFree™ Managed Services—With TouchFree Managed Services, Asentinel can upload data from non-EDI invoices into the Asentinel 6.0 application with the same level of accuracy as electronic invoices. Using Asentinel’s proprietary OIR™ (Optical Invoice Recognition) technology, Asentinel is able to capture down to the lowest level of detail on paper invoices, ensuring the most accurate audit.
