Position: Project Manager

Location: Memphis, TN

To qualify for this position, you must have at least five years of professional experience in telecommunications.

What you will be doing:

• Develop work plans
• Develop schedules and resource requirements
• Monitor project scope, resources, milestones & timelines
• Identify & manage risk and quality assurance issues
• Manage resolution of project issues
• Coordinate project resources, vendor resources & customer resources
• Contract management and manage customer expectations on project deliverables
• Knowledge of the following telecommunications segments:
  • Voice Communications Services (RBOC, IXC & Wireless)
  • Data Communication Services
  • Telecommunications Equipment
  • Invoice processing
  • Telecommunications Contract Terms & Conditions
• Vendor management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP Certification
• Minimum five (5) years of IT project management experience required
• Telecommunications experience
• Proven capability to simultaneously manage numerous clients in various stages of implementation
• Possess superior verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
• Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
