Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Memphis, TN

To qualify for this position, you must have at least five years of professional experience in telecommunications.

What you will be doing:

Customer service and support of Asentinel's software product to Fortune 1000 companies.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least five years of experience in the telecom industry.
  • Must have at least five years of experience in customer service and support.
  • Possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of telecom billing.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Training background is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
