To qualify for this position, you must have at least five years of professional experience in telecommunications.
What you will be doing:
Customer service and support of Asentinel's software product to Fortune 1000 companies.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least five years of experience in the telecom industry.
- Must have at least five years of experience in customer service and support.
- Possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of telecom billing.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Training background is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
